Terms of Use for Weekly Draws Portal

This section describes the rules and conditions that apply to weekly draws participation for residents of Canada.

1. Actions That Are Not Allowed

Automation and Scripts

Using bots, scripts, or other automated tools to influence weekly draws participation is not permitted.

Account Reassignment

Weekly draws accounts cannot be sold, shared, or transferred to another person under any conditions.

Duplicate Accounts

Opening more than one account to avoid participation limits is prohibited and can lead to access being removed.

False or Misleading Activity

Providing inaccurate details, attempting to alter claims, or other fraudulent actions may result in immediate suspension.

2. Who Can Participate

Residency Rules

Participation is available only to people living in Canada with a valid Canadian address for prize delivery.

Identity Checks

Government-issued identification may be requested when claiming prizes above certain regulatory amounts.

Age Requirement

Participants must be 19 years of age or older to take part in weekly draws. Age checks are performed during account creation.

3. Data Handling Overview

How Data Is Stored

Information is kept on secured servers in Canada with encryption and access controls intended to protect participants.

What We Collect

Required participant details are gathered to support compliance, account administration, and prize distribution.

Requests to Remove Data

Deletion requests may be sent to support@cantopdraws.com, subject to legal retention obligations.

How Long Data Is Kept

Participant information may be retained for up to 6 years after account closure in line with Canadian record-keeping requirements.

4. Prize Claim and Delivery

How Prizes Are Paid

Prizes are delivered through secure electronic transfer or by certified cheque, depending on the amount and the participant's selection.

Claim Deadline

Prize claims should be submitted within 75 days of the draw date. Claims not received by then may be handled according to applicable Canadian rules.

Taxes and Reporting

Participants are responsible for any taxes that may apply to prizes. Where required, supporting documentation is provided for prizes above regulatory limits.

5. Liability Limits

Account Security

Users are responsible for protecting their login details. The portal is not responsible for access gained through compromised credentials.

Interruptions

Planned updates or unexpected outages can occur, sometimes without advance notice. By using the portal, participants accept this possibility.

Technical Limitations

The portal is not responsible for connectivity problems, device issues, or system errors that may impact weekly draws participation.

6. Changes to These Terms

The up-to-date text of these terms is available on this page. Participants should review it from time to time.

Using the Portal After Updates

If you continue using the weekly draws portal after changes take effect, it means you accept the revised terms and conditions.

How We Notify

Material updates are typically communicated to registered email addresses at least 21 days before they apply.
